Access to and use of the UrbanVibe marketplace are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By using our platform to buy or sell sneakers and urban fashion items, you agree to comply with these rules. These terms are designed to protect the integrity of the community and ensure fair transactions for everyone involved.

User account
Registration and Account Use
To participate in the marketplace, the user must provide truthful information and maintain the security of their access credentials. The personal account is the starting point for all buying and selling operations within UrbanVibe.
The creation of fake accounts or the use of the platform for fraudulent activities is prohibited. This includes identity theft, manipulation of ratings between buyers and sellers, and any attempt to bypass the verification processes established at our Madrid center.
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and for all activities that occur under their account. If you detect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately via the contact email so that we can suspend the compromised session and protect your data.
UrbanVibe reserves the right to suspend any account that violates these rules of conduct. Suspension may be temporary, while an incident is being investigated, or permanent when a serious violation such as the sale of replicas or systematic fraud against other users is confirmed.
Seller Obligations
Sellers guarantee that the listed products are authentic and that they have physical possession of them. This means that the item must be in the seller's possession at the time of posting the listing and must be available to be sent to the inspection center after a confirmed sale.
It is mandatory to provide accurate descriptions and real photographs of the product. The images must correspond to the exact item being sent, including any wear, cosmetic defects, or variations from the original factory condition. Stock photos or generic images are not acceptable when the item has visible use.
In the event that the shipment of a replica is detected, the seller will assume the stipulated penalties and the costs derived from the return or destruction of the item. UrbanVibe does not reimburse the seller when the product does not pass the authenticity verification, and the account may be permanently suspended depending on the severity of the violation.

Section 03 · Verification
Verification and Purchase Process
Physical inspection
Madrid Center
Every purchase is subject to successful physical verification by UrbanVibe. The sale is not considered final until our experts confirm the authenticity of the product at the Madrid inspection center.
When a buyer confirms a purchase, the seller sends the item to our facilities. There, the verification team reviews materials, stitching, labels, serial numbers, and any element specific to the model before authorizing shipment to the final buyer.
The buyer accepts that the delivery time is subject to transport and processing time at our Madrid inspection center. This process may be extended by several business days compared to a conventional purchase, as physical verification requires time and cannot be omitted.
If an item does not pass verification, the purchase is canceled and the buyer receives a full refund of the price paid. The seller receives the item back and their account is subject to review as stipulated in the seller obligations section.

Section 04 · Commercial
Prices and Commissions
Sale prices
Prices are set by the sellers and may vary at any time. UrbanVibe does not intervene in the decision of the listing price, except when it detects values that could indicate a market manipulation strategy or an attempt to avoid commissions through external agreements.
The price shown on the product page includes the necessary information for the buyer to evaluate the offer. Any variation after publication is immediately reflected on the platform, and already confirmed purchases maintain the price agreed upon at the time of the transaction.
Management fee
UrbanVibe applies a management fee on the final sale price, which is detailed to the seller before confirming the publication of the listing. This fee covers the physical verification process, buyer support, and platform infrastructure.
Applicable taxes will be calculated according to current tax regulations in Spain. The breakdown of commission and taxes appears transparently in the seller's summary before each publication, with no hidden charges after the sale.
Section 05 · Liability
Limitation of Liability
UrbanVibe acts as an intermediary and verifier. Although we make every effort to guarantee authenticity, we are not the manufacturers of the products. Our role is to connect sellers and buyers and verify each item before it reaches its destination.
We are not responsible for minor manufacturing defects that do not affect the authenticity or the general condition described by the seller in the product listing. This includes color variations between production batches, sounds inherent to the material after a period of use, or cosmetic details that the manufacturer considers within their quality tolerances.
UrbanVibe's verification focuses on confirming that the product is authentic and that its condition matches the published description. Any claim related to manufacturing defects that are the responsibility of the original brand must be channeled directly with said manufacturer, which maintains its own commercial warranty on the product.
If you receive an item that does not match the listing description, you can open a claim from your account within the period established on the platform. Our team reviews each case individually before resolving the refund or return.

Section 06 · Legal
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Spanish legislation. The interpretation and compliance with all clauses described herein conform to the regulations in force in Spain for electronic commerce and intermediation on digital platforms.
Any dispute related to the use of the platform shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of the city of Madrid, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, unless the law provides otherwise for consumers.
In the case of users with the status of final consumers, the applicable legislation grants them rights that cannot be waived through these terms. UrbanVibe fully respects those rights and adjusts them as prevailing over any contradictory clause included in this document.
